Hi Umesh,

I guess you missed the second part of my answer : Namely, the The trace_file_client and log_file_client are *filenames* only and are not fully qualified. Hence, change the following values :

trace_file_client = cli.trc
log_file_client = sqlnet.log

Unfortunately, if SQL*Net encounters these sort of errors in the config files, it just ignores them!
