The e-mail Ron sent out on the events is what you had set in version 7.3.2 to get bitmap indexes to work. You can refer to bug 388925 for more information on this. This bug will tell you about the events and the fact that the PQ had to be installed with the enterprise edition for bitmap indexes to work.
