Hi All,

	GNU tar often complains the file has changed if it is used
	to copy the datafiles during hot backups.

	This doesn't affect the backup at all but is extremely effective
	in panicking juniors who have just been given responsibiltiy
	for the backups. :) 

	It's amazing how quickly they can cut code to remove these
	messages from the logs.
