Found dead MTS, no more slots

Hi Seniors,
I have configured my database to MTS. Its working fine but frequent client machine hangs. I read the alert.log today, which is having messages as found dead multi-threaded server 'S007', pid = (17,1) found dead multi-threaded server 'S008', pid = (20,17) failed to start multi-threaded server, no more slots.

The above message has appeared today, but from last 3-4 days i was getting the message
found dead dispatcher 'D000', pid = (18,1)

I am not able to get any clue till now.
