I attached a tool called conv72.exe to convert sybase procs to oracle procs and
I am not sure how far it is going to help u , but I would suggest u to convert procs
manually for lot technical reasons. for example temp tables in sybase which is not
the same in oracle and lot more , So I converted around 840 procs from sybase

to oracle manually.
