We will be implementing a data warehouse via a third-party vendor (we want their product to collect data for us). We were originally going to go with an Oracle database but their reporting product doesn't work for ad hoc reports for Oracle (yet). So we are using their native database... Redbrick. Nice to know someone thinks it's decent, since I haven't had time to look at it (I do have to sleep sometimes, I AM working on cutting that out!) and I will be responsible for it when it is finally installed (can you say "doesn't seem to matter what database we are using, she's a DBA, so she knows how to administer it"... OY!)
