Seriously, Elections are in spring 2001, and after the NDP is turfed, things will rebound pretty fast. BC 'naturally' has the resources and conditions to be a booming economic zone. It takes a lot of effort to depress our economy. Unfortunately the incumbent bozos have been expending that effort and more.
