Deleting & Recreating the DB on Same box

Hi,


   If someone could please list the steps to 
delete and recreate the DB on the same box with
same SID. Platform is NT 4.0.( I am a unix man).



   I have some plans but just want to make sure 
that I am not missing something. I also need to 
export and import the data, right now the Appln 
data is in System tablespace.
