Perspective is a wonderful thing.... Christine, it sounds like you and many others here have it...

having been through the experience of losing a spouse (darn, that sounds like I misplaced him), the ONLY thing in my life I regret are the days I did NOT call in sick to spend time with my husband. I seriously doubt my job would have suffered if I had taken a day off. The world would not have come to an end, the sun would have still shone.... and I would have had memories I can never get now.

I seem to be in an extremely pensive mood tonight.....
