OAS 3.02 WRBroker taking up all CPU

Does anyone know what the fix is for OAS3.02, when the wrbroker takes up all the CPU on the UNIX box and oraweb starts core dumping. We have been down for a few days and ORACLE support has run out of suggestion.

We have applied the HPUX OS patches PHSS-15731 and PHSS-20608.

We have applied the ORACLE patches for bugs 724590 and 872955.

We have brought back the last backup before this problem occurred.

Still everytime I start up wrb and any web listener the wrbroker process takes 99.8% of the CPU and then core dumps.

Does anyone have a resolution??
