RE: Database Links

In dba_db_links ,column owner tells you whether its a public or private link.If in this column user name is given then its a private link,else public is written there.

      How can we find out whether a db link is a private or public..I tried
      looking into the view dba_db_links but it does not have a column which
      gives this information.
