The duplicate objects owned by SYSTEM, or whatever
non-sys user ran catalog or catproc, which should only
be owned by SYS, need to be dropped and then catalog
and catproc rerun as SYS. This is pretty
straight-forward on 7.x and 8.0.x, on 8i I've had
problems as there are a few items that should actually
be owned by SYS and SYSTEM (related to replication
and/or AQ if memory serves correctly).
The following docs on MetaLink should help:
Note 1015902.4 - "ORA-6509, ORA-6512. RAN CATALOG.SQL
AND CATPROC.SQL AS NON-SYS USER"
Note 68080.1 - "SQL: Finding Objects in SYSTEM and SYS
schemas"
