I had the same errors. Make sure you load WebDB in its own ORACLE_HOME = set your environment variables to the WebDB location.

Are they compatible on Solaris V2.6?
My initial attempt at doing the installed failed miserably with many errors reported when trying to link sqlplus.

The errors were in the form of -
ld: warning: symbol 'kpupft' has differing sizes:

where the actual value for the symbol changed or reported that numerous symbols had conflicting sizes.
