Error during Oracle install

I am installing Oracle 8.0.4.0. on Solaris 2.6.

During copying the files it comes up with this error

"Error during action 'Creating rdbms/lib/psoliblist'

Command: make -f ins_rdbms.mk /opt/oracle8/rdbm/lib/psoliblist

Make: fatal error: don't know hoe to make target '/opt/oracle8/rdbms/lib/psoliblist' "

After this the installation stops.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
