ORA-10388?

Can anybody shine light on this error?
Any solution for this. I can't find the 10388 on the support site nor any manuals I have for version 7.3.4 or 8.1.6.

This is all the data I can supply as this request is for a friend in need.

A person was trying to create two snapshots in parallel, which failed at around this time. Received on Wed May 17 2000 - 11:24:00 CDT
