Yes. Make sure the network connections are in place to hit the Unix box =
from VMS (test via ping). Then install SQL*Net and any other tools you =
may need (SQL*Plus, Pro*C, etc.) on VMS. Make the appropriate entries in =
the TNSNAMES.ORA on VMS. You should then be able to hit the database on =
Unix.

One of my friends have theis requirement,
connect to Oracle database in Unix box from VMS box.
Is there any way to do that....
