Debra

We are running 8.0.5. 8.1.5 and SS7 on a test/dev server here.

The SQL Server was forced on me by MKS version control software.

Subject: Oracle and SQL Server on the Same Machine

We would like to put Oracle 8 and Sql Server 7 on the same server running NT 4.0 and later Windows 2000. This will be a teaching/training machine and will not contain critical production data. Is anyone currently doing this or tried it? Any gotchas, advice, etc.....? Or do they simply coexist peacefully?

Thanks,

Debbie
