     Just as a 'final' bit of info on Z39.50 - for those of you who want to
     know -

     THE website for this is http://lcweb.loc.gov/Z3950/agency - the
     Library of Congress are responsible for its maintance. Also you'll
     find implemntors etc.

     Another site is http://www.research.att.com/~wald/Z3950 (maybe
     z39.50...)
