Hi, ORACLE`S!

Help! I need somebody`s help!
I have a trouble.

How can I organize and realize two-way ("bidirectional scrollable" by the ORACLE terminology) CURSORS using OCI included in PRO*C v.1.5.10.0.3?

Version information:
ORACLE Server for NetWare v.7.1.3.3.2
PRO*C for Windows v.1.5.10.0.3

All recommendation, suggestions, advices are very welcome.
