Problem with foregien characters in Reports 2.0

When information printed in reports 2.0 on HP-Unix and VAX/VMS plattforms consists forigen characters such as scandinavian characters with dots on top of A and O that is usually higher than the normal A and O. The dots on top of these will disappear! Oracle's solution for this problem is to filter the report output(postscript file) through a C-program.

The dots on the A and O characters is OK when printed from the MS-Windows environment.

Has anybody find another solution for the forigen character problem?   (fixed the printerdriver files *.PPD or x-windows fonts?)

Does anybody know if this problem is solved in Reports 2.5 on the above plattforms?
