Can you please explain me..how ORA-01427 is dependent on ORA-01555
..

Neither is dependent upon the other.

01427, 00000, "single-row subquery returns more than one row"
// *Cause:

// *Cause: rollback records needed by a reader for consistent read are
//         overwritten by other writers
