It depends on your OS. Does it support both binaries?
Do also both Oracle versions exist for your OS?
Of course you need 2 Oracle homes.

My OS is Windows Server(64 bit)

will you explain how to run 32 bit oracle client in 64 bit oracle server
.I am new to this please give me a breif idea

You run the installer for the 32 bit version of the client, and you choose a different ORACLE_HOME than the server is installed in.

And then use that different ORACLE_HOME when starting SQL*Plus for example.

But, since you are new to that, what is the actual REASON you want to run the 32 bit client on the server? Is it to work around a specific problem? Where did you get the information that installing the 32bit client will solve it? Depending on the actual problem you have there will be other things you might need to set up.

wheter can i connect from a client machine
which is 32 bit oracle client and OS is Windows XP to
oracle server and how .Please give a brief idea

Yes, there is no problem, you don't even have to care of number of bits.
Just do it.
