I m trying to execute the proc..
getting the error as shown below.


create or replace procedure test(run number) as
sql_string varchar(200);
begin
sql_string := execute immediate 'select * from cat;'
dbms_output.put_line(sql_string);
end;

Warning: Procedure created with compilation errors

SQL> sho err
Errors for PROCEDURE TEST:

PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "IMMEDIATE" when expecting one of the following: . ( * @ % & = - + ; < / > at in is mod remainder not rem <an exponent (**)> <> or != or ~= >= <= <> and or like LIKE2_ LIKE4_ LIKEC_ between || multiset member SUBMULTISET_
