One by one ... if there are several items, for example :block.id, :block.name, :block.address, you'd concatenate them using the concatenation operator (double pipe) as
:block.concat_item := :block_id ||', '|| :block.name ||', '|| :block.address;
The same goes for reports.

how to concatenate two columns in a single text box and also sequence numbers generate automatically(oracle forms) send the code please.........

HE TOLD CONCATENATE STRINGS ONLY.. I NEED SEQUENCE ALSO COMES IN SAME TEXTFIELD

What prevents you to include a sequence? A correct way would be to use the TO_CHAR function (as concatenation works with strings).

i have one textbox.in that text box i concat two columns
sequence also i want to add same text field .
if anybody knows the answer please send solution
