Hi,

I'm using oracle discoverer and I'm trying to find the function INCLUDE.

For example:

I have a field that contains (in long string) "LC" or "SIGHT" or "Imm"

In the caculate filed
If includes "LC" put "OK"
If includes "SIGHT" put "OK"
If NOT put "NOT OK"

Can you help me please ?

10x Itzik

I think you're looking for the function instr (instring), combined with a decode or case when for the different options.

You can look these up in the SQL reference and use them in a Discoverer calculation.
