Hi all, is it possible to do multiple inserts without having to do it as individual INSERT INTO scripts?

I have data in a spreadsheet that I want to insert into a table
and was hoping to convert the xls to a csv, copy and paste into a script with brackets either side of each row..

doesn't seem to like it though.

thanks in advance,
Matt
