hi experts

please guide me that how can I run oracle services by using commands (e.g. running Oracle, OracleTNSListener, OracleReportServer, OracleHTTP, DBConsole etc) without going to Control Panel->Administrative Toold->Services.

To see a list of available ones, you can use:

E:\>sc query state= all | findstr /C:"SERVICE_NAME: Oracle"
SERVICE_NAME: OracleDBConsoleORA10G
SERVICE_NAME: OracleJobSchedulerORA10G
SERVICE_NAME: OracleMTSRecoveryService
SERVICE_NAME: OracleOraDb10g_home1iSQL*Plus
SERVICE_NAME: OracleServiceORA10G

To start/stop one, you could use:

E:\>net start OracleServiceORA10G
E:\>net stop OracleServiceORA10G
