Hi all,
i am facing a problem when trying to connect VB to Oracle. Pls can any one tell me what is the following error and how to rectify this....

[[Microsoft]][[ODBC driver for Oracle]][[Oracle]]Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-12154

I think its the problem of driver which you using to connect. which Provider u using--oraoledb.oracle.1/msdaora. try with replacing which u corrently using. If still prob. pl send me your conn string.
