When i issue sh frmbld.sh i get the error:
frmbld.sh: line 105:  4793 Segmentation fault      $ORACLE_HOME/bin/frmbld $*


frmbld is a binary file.

kernel.sem = 250        32000   100     128
kernel.msgmnb = 16384
kernel.msgmni = 16
kernel.msgmax = 8192
kernel.shmmni = 4096
kernel.shmall = 2097152
kernel.shmmax = 2147483648

Ok,the problem has been solved.
It is likely what they call is a bug and the workaround is to
add noexec=off in the /boot/grub/grub.conf file.
