how can i convert data from Excel & dbf (foxpro) to oracle databse 10g.

You have to unload your data in the csv format.

... and load it with SQL*Loader or use the "extarnal tables" feature (as your database version supports it).

Or, you can create an ODBC link from windows to your Oracle database and copy the data between Excel and Oracle. But most people just go with what Michel and Littlefoot said.
