Hi All,

Is opening the UTL_FILE and writing around 2 lacs rows(10 columns) and closing the UTL_FILE takes long time or not?
If yes then how much time it will takes approximately?

Not so long.
Well, long comparing to positron life time, short comparing to universe life time.
