Hi all,
I have to grant
Permission to dbms_packages to my_db for the below views.
dbms_xml_save
dbms_xml_query

i have crated four users in this database.

suggest me the syntax.

sorry for the mistake ,

i have to grant permission to user_name.

by mistake i have written my_db that is user_name.

This is ununderstandable.
Post the statements you did and what you exactly want (permission, which permission, for instance?).

Why wouldn't you share the solution with the rest of the community? At the moment, it is only you who knows what happened and the way it was solved.

oh yes !
Definately i will share.

Actually i want to grant permission to a user for the two dbms_packages;

And the solution was:

grant execute on dbms_xmlsave to user_name;

grant execute on dbms_xmlquery to user_name;
