This is meaningless.
A table is a set and a set does not have first, second or last element.

Why are you asking this question? What is it your are trying to do that you think you need rows to be inserted in some kind of order?

Furthermore, no matter where you think this record is, you'll have to use the ORDER BY clause in order to select records in a specific order.
