Hi,

I have to migrate some data from 5-6 tables to a table. The records to be migrated are to the tune of 3-4 million.

So, I wish to commit after every 10,000 records.

Is there any way to implement this?

Thanks.

Well the answer depends on your Rollback segment , Structures of table and Method of Data migration .

You can consult with your DBA.

Thumbs Up

Do not do this.
Do it in a whole.
3 or 4 million is NOT big.
