Everything is available through the data dictionary. You have:
- USER_OBJECTS
- USER_TABLES
- USER_VIEWS
- USER_PROCEDURES (9i+)
- USER_ARGUMENTS
...

All USER prefixed dictionary views contain data about the connected user. If you try the ALL_... variant (.e.g. ALL_TABLES) you get information about all data that is accessible from the connected user. I'd say, have a look at the Oracle database reference.

If you select USER_OBJECTS, all objects found in there were created by you, i.e. the one who used credentials - username and password - to connect to this schema.

Hi

Please find below query to suit your need.

SELECT object_type
  FROM all_objects
 WHERE owner = 'SCOTT'
   AND object_type IN ('PROCEDURE');

 AND object_type IN ('PROCEDURE');

Don't use in if you want to find a perticular object_type.
Better use
object_type ='PROCEDURE'

Instead of using
AND object_type IN ('PROCEDURE');
