Hi,
I am attempting to integrate a mod_plsql application into HSBC payment gateway. In order to do so I must genereate a POST request and sent some basic transaction to the secure server.

From a static test.html page, I can create a form and POST the data to the url. This works fine and the browser then diverts to the secure location to capture card details etc (HSBC PAS authentication).

I would like to be able to generate this POST request via PL/SQL procedure, using utl_http.begin_request. I see many examples of creating a POST request, but how do I implement the test.html behaviour of diverting to the secure page based on the results of the initial POST request. The browser seems to handle this transparently. Im just not sure how this fits in around programatically generating POST request, maybe my understanding is lacking in this area. I am accessing the procedure via URL, if that makes any difference.

I would be very grateful if someone could take the time to explain.

Many thanks

I'm afraid you lost me here. Can you post some more information or explain it a little bit further?
