You need 'database + application server + 10gDS'. software compatibility and other stuffs you need to visit oracle documentation.
coding wise, yes , if you dont hva any prior experience on 10gDS, better to start understanding concepts. how actually 10gDS work. What is oc4j how to start etc.

I have to migrate Oracle 6i forms into 10g.
1-Before starting any work, I want to know what is basic requirement for that?
And one more thing is,
2-Any extra coding require for convert into 10g?

1-Basically, you need a pair of development machines. One for database and one for application server. Then a couple of good programmers and testers and some time.
2-Extra coding of what?

Search this forum for 'migrate' and 'migration'. Also, 'convert' and 'conversion'. Read the threads, the answers are there.

Search this forum for the various words that appear in the error message. This is a fairly common question.

For the future, NEVER abbreviate error messages or words in error messages.

PS Why don't you talk to Shekhar as he is using the same PC as you. http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/96027/67467/
