Hi all,

Oracle 8.0.5
Windows NT4

I would like to make a copy of a Database in order to create a Development environment. I have tried to create a database and import the data from the one in production mode but it didnīt work because the file that was generated had the physical filename hard coded in it. I also tried to copy the whole database ( I mean all the files ) and keep the control files from the one I had created but it didnīt work as well. Can anyone out there help me ?

export the tables, then import them...
