HI,
friend i am facing one problem to transfer all database from SQL server to Oracle so can u suggest or send me some tool with help of it i can do it.? as i have used the product swis Sql but does not get any good result.

Did you look into Oracle migration workbench?

The hard part is not to load a SQL Server database into an Oracle database, it is to rewrite your applications for Oracle.
Transaction, concurrency, locking mechanism and so on are different in the two RDBMS and so they have to be used differently.

yes i am total agree with you so can u suggest me how can i do the conversion as my database is in SQL Server 2000 and now my requirement is to Convert whole database into Oracle 9i. Can u suggest me any free software or any query to do my job.
