1. oracle pl/sql- by scott urman ( oracle press book)
is the best book, meant for beginners.
2. Oracle 24x7 Tips and Techniques by Venkat S. Devraj
(oracle press) contains tons of worked examples.
3. And Many books by Steven Feuerstein (O'Reilly
Books) are also good.
4. Building Intelligent Databases with Oracle
PL/SQL by Kevin T. Owens is very good book, but i
would not recomend that for beginners.
5. And A must reference is pl/sql user guide - from
oracle documentation-available online at
technet.oracle.com and tahiti.oracle.com are good
reference materials.oracle Application developers
guide from the docs is another manual that you need
to look atleast once.
