On a database server, I think it better search for "oracle" binary. SQL files are not mandatory.

>/opt/oracle/10.2.0/client_1/rdbms/admin/sql.bsq
Are you sure that the server version of Oracle installed on this system? ("client_1")

This is not a directory, this is a file.

$sqlplus /nolog

The question is "How to find out where oracle is installed?" nothing more otherwise we can answer many not expressed questions.
Maybe he wants to know this to backup the database.
Maybe he wants to erase the directory.
Maybe he wants to relocate it.
Maybe he wants to update oratab.
Maybe...

You can avoid the "Permission denied" messages by using:

find / -name sql.bsq 2>/dev/null
