Hi All
Please send me details or descriptions about production support/maintenance/enhancement, how tickets/change request are raised and what are the procedures to work on it.

Hi Sunil,
production support-> Supporting(technical) the product(namely, Software) at client(one who uses the product) site after the product had been launched or delivered.
maintenance-> Maintaining the product(as name says).
Change Request: Nothing but once delivered the product, the client may ask some feature to be changed or modified, then they will send a change request to the development sites(usually called offshore), then the people at offshore will look at it, if they can do the required changes then changes will be approved and the new patches will be sent to the sites.
This is as per my knowledge.
