THE PROBLEM THAT MY FORM BUILDER CANNOT RUN THIS COMMAND ON ONE OF THE PC'S ON THE NETWORK , THE COMMAD IS FOR RECALLING A REPORT NAMES 'TRANS_IN'

run_product(reports,'trns_in',asynchronous,runtime,filesystem,P);

THE PROBLEM THAT ONCE IT IS PERFORM THIS COMMAND IT STUCK AND GIVE ME THE MESSAGE "WORING" ON THE STATUS BAR AND AFTER THAT IT IS NOT RESPONDING

NOTES
1. SAME COMMAND RUN PROBABLY ON THE OTHER PC'S ON THE NETWORK
2. THE FILE TRANS_IN IS A FILE ON THE SERVER NOT LOCAL FILE ON THE PC SO ALL THE PC'S USE THE SAME FILE

HOPEFULLY I DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM PROBABLY AND THANKS IN ADVANCE

Please read the sticky concerning how to write your questions. Please do not use 'Caps Lock'.

What version of Forms are you running? Which operating system(s)?

Please confirm that your application is working correctly on other PCs. Is this a new PC?

What is the result of this report? Is it a PDF file? HTML page which is to be displayed in an Internet Browser?

Could you check whether there's the Pop-up blocker enabled? If so, disable it.

Did this user recently install one of additional toolbars (such as Google toolbar for Internet Explorer)? If so, try to remove it.
