Hi

is there any way(query/table) to find out total amount of
time elapsed for executing a sub program?

I think you can use a dashboard process.

Inside your sub-program, update one table with procedure start time and procedure end time. And also you can keep number of rows processed and status.

Check the attachment for sample table data format, which keeps track of procedure status.

Use dbms_profiler.
