Hi. I have question on rollback transaction.
When i create sequence, is there any way to rollback?

Nope. A commit (or DDL) is forever.
Also, creating the sequence will have committed any outstanding changes.

You can get rid of the sequence with a DROP SEQUENCE command, and you can use flashback queries to see the position of your data before the commit.

If i use flashback, i will get original data including other's session rite? not only in my session.

It depends which flashback you use.
