With UTL_FILE i can generate a text file with any format
for ex.
a text file with data format as :
20:21/04/07:5000:...
But i have to concatenate colon after evry column.
This is tedious.
Is there any option oracle could automatically put any delimiter after evry column?

No.

In SQL*Plus (nothing related to utl_file) you use COLSEP parameter.
