hii.. i have a pl sql procedure. it has 3 in parameters, 1 out parameter as a SYS_CURSOR.
i can return cursor with normal plsql.
But i wanna it with dynamic plsql.

For example, in pl sql code, a '<' char at somewhere. But, it must be dynamic. According to another query this character may be '>' or '<' ... how can i do this?

is there any example code?

Post what you already tried.
