Where can I find and download example database and install them so that I can have some example db's to practice and learn?

I found iselfshool.com site where free lessons are offered. However the database mentioned in its lessons is not available. If I can find something like Microsoft's Norhwind or Adventures database, that will be great.

I have installed Oracle 9i in my Home PC with default database
I can see EXAMPLE TABLESPACE, How to access these Example tables from my current user which i have created.
