Put Oracle services in manual mode and restart the server.

Seems you have a scrambled installation.
Remove Oracle 10g and restart the installation from the original version and apply the latest patchset (don't need 10.2.0.2).

It says same thing that I first said.

It is faster and safer to reinstall than to try to reconstruct from something that you don't know what is correct and what is not.
Reinstallation will just last a couple of hours.
Trying to fix your current environment may last days without knowing if in the end you have something correct.
You can also search on Metalink if something like is known.
Note reinstallation does not impact the database.
You just have to finally execute the SQL scripts listed in the patchset readme.

But, my doubts “Orageneric10.DLL” it’s corrupted. That’s why only net services (oracle related) and database not starting. Just changed this DLL (From my local database 10g R3) after every thing fine.

No restore and recoveries

Are you sure only this one is corrupted?
It is your server, do it as you want, I gave you my opinion.

By the way, there is no need of restore and recovery in what I said.

I have already given it: reinstallation.

You have started this topic 10 hours before your last post.
During this period, you would have the time to reinstall 3 times.

Michel
