I recreate the service with sc.

sc create "OracleOraHome81Agent" binpath="C:\oracle\ora81\BIN\dbsnmp.exe"

But when I start the service I recivied this message:
Servizio OracleOraHome81Agent terminato con l'errore:
%%3221356559
And in the log nmiconf.log in oracle_home/network/log
I see this:

DBSNMP for 32-bit Windows: release 8.1.7 - Production on 12-NOV-07 15:29:38
Discovering services on venus configured on host addresses {----- xxx.xxx.x.xxx}
Warning : Could not retrieve registry value ORACLE_HOME_NAME under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oracle\HOME1
nmxwconf Error : Unable to locate web server configuration file : [Apache httpd.conf path]

What does it mean?
